Back in the 1860s, Herman Leopold Schuck introduced Robusta beans to Sulu, planting seedlings in Lukut Lapas (now Anuling, Patikul). What began as a quiet plantation grew into the foundation of our region’s thriving coffee industry, leaving behind a legacy that shaped the rich coffee culture we celebrate today.
Just as 1860 marked a pivotal moment in Philippine coffee, we hope to mark memorable moments for our guests by bringing people together over A Timeless Taste , heartfelt service, and flavors that feel like home.

Just as the year 1860 marked a turning point for Philippine coffee, we aim to create a new chapter for Zamboanga City’s food and beverage scene, and hopefully one day share it with the national market. From the start, our mission has been clear: to fill a gap in Zamboanga City’s dining scene by offering more than just good food and coffee.
