At the very core are our eight pioneers โ Ma’am Cristy, Sir Teng, Yang, Ameer, Ate Lyn, Sir Bai, and Sir Jojo โ whoโve been with us even before we officially opened our doors in September 2023. Theyโve grown with us, laughed with us, and carried the spirit of ‘A Timeless Taste’ from day one.
Each one brings their own sparkle. Ma’am Cristy, a new mom, is loved by our regulars for her warmth. Sirย Teng, quiet but witty, journeyed from Runner to Dining Supervisor. Yang, once a part-time cashier, is now the voice behind our social media and online guest care. Ameer, our Graphic Artist, brings ideas to life through thoughtful designs and creative flair. Ate Lyn keeps the kitchen shining with unmatched order, while Area Kitchen Managers Sir Bai (forever smiling) and Sir Jojo (forever laughing) set the tone for good vibes and teamwork.
And the heartbeat keeps growing stronger with the rest of our amazing crew โ Ma’am Richelle, Mimang, Anwar, Arnel, Messi, Gemma, April, Karl, Vic, Chan-Chan, Jeff, Buboy, Ethel, Yan-Yan, Garwas, Shar, Raiza, Rhea, Angelo, Ella, Adrianne, Angie, Kurt, and Yen โ each one adding their own flavor to the 1860 family.
